Liberal Blogger MikeSites had a moment of clarity when he realized that these Jihadists aren’t all that great afterall.
Yeah, apparently Time ran a story about the female suicide (read “homicide”) bomber who killed some policemen at a checkpoint in Iraq last year. At the end of the story, it is revealed what the woman’s handlers really thought of her.
They thought she was a fool. But of course, she was willing to give up her life for whatever their cause was at the time. And since these guys don’t care about anyone but themselves, they think she’s just a stupid woman.
Of course, to a LIberal like MikeSites, if the woman had actually been driven by religious zealotry, instead of family obligation, then probably her homicide would have been considered “ok”. Especially if it could be shown that she was doing it because she was vindicating the death of some relative at the hands of an American GI.

BTW, a convenient aspect of homicide bombings is that the bomber’s head usually stays intact, it just gets blown clean off. That way you can get great pics like the one I have here.
